Clinical Supervision
Clinical supervision is an experience I believe most clinicians never forget. It's not only a time for professional development but also for personal growth. I truly enjoy working with licensees who are eager to expand their understanding of the clinical setting and the broader mental health field.
I’m very goal-oriented and passionate about supporting clinicians who are motivated to learn and build autonomy in their practice. With the mental health field constantly evolving, new and innovative therapeutic approaches are always emerging to meet our clients' needs. Clinical supervision offers the perfect space to explore and discuss these modalities together.
What to Expect?
As a private practice therapist, I understand the importance of timeliness, organization, and punctuality for a successful supervisory relationship. I sit down with each licensee to develop a personalized "roadmap" and supervision plan that we both agree on.
Licensees are responsible for tracking their hours and maintaining proper documentation for the board. Copies of these documents and hours will need to be provided to me at each meeting.
Being a supervisor involves various responsibilities, including expenses for malpractice insurance, time for documentation, training, communication with the LCMHC Board, and offering clinical or ethical guidance when needed. My price for individual supervision is $110 an hour and for a 2 hour group is $110.

I offer both group and individual clinical supervision. Individual supervision is usually once a week and group supervision is offered once a month virtually.

Targeted Groups

I offer targeted groups for supervises who have completed ICEFFT and EMDR training. I offer groups that target the different phases of EMDR, groups of 2 for EFIT or EFCT, and monthly groups where we discuss current issues, etc.

I am beginning my EMDR Consult Training and Consultation with Dr. Ken Vanderlip of Orange this spring and will be able to count some of my supervisions towards EMDR training and EMDRIA certification.

I am under the supervision of Dr. Belle Bugatti of Las Vegas for EFCT. I meet with her a couple of times a month to sharpen my skills and continue my learning in this field.

My goal with these targeted groups is to keep skills sharp with supervisees and to network with other therapists in North Carolina.
